Description

The MBA – Master in Business Administration and Management equips you with comprehensive knowledge across key business areas, including marketing, finance, human resources, procurement, talent management, and communication. This program places special emphasis on strategy implementation and evaluation, enabling you to formulate and execute effective business strategies tailored to the specific needs of any organization.

The MBA is designed to support professional growth. With the experience students bring, a functional director in an SME can transition into a general management role or a director position in a larger company. Likewise, someone in a mid-level role, such as a Product Manager, may advance to become a Marketing Director or even the head of an SME.

At UNISEB, you’ll benefit from the guidance of expert tutors and a practical, flexible learning methodology that supports your professional success.

  • Enable students to develop, implement, and evaluate successful business strategies tailored to organizational needs.
  • Strengthen leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on team motivation, leadership, and internal communication.
  • Prepare students to take on more senior roles in their careers, including General Manager, Functional Director, or SME Manager.
  • Promote informed decision-making, process optimisation, and continuous improvement in business operations.
  • Offer personalised academic support through experienced tutors who foster both academic and professional development.
  • Enhance employability and career prospects in both national and international business environments.

Career Opportunities

The MBA provides the skills and knowledge to succeed in the following roles:

  • Business Director / General Manager: Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and decision-making processes across all departments to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Strategic Consultant: Advise companies on improving performance in key areas such as marketing, operations, finance, or HR through data-driven analysis and tailored strategies.
